Chimu is offered with a rebreeding to any of our herd sires. She is a dark red-brown full Peruvian, a valuable production female who consistently delivers outstanding crias. She has been trouble free and is an attentive mother. Chimu has produced 5 females and 4 males, all easy births.
Chimu's 2002 male cria, Erik the Red, placed 2nd (out 9) in the 2005 Fiber to Fashion Handcrafters' Spin-Off.
Chimu's 2005 female cria, Aviva, is a gorgeous medium brown who stands as proudly in the pasture as her sire, Mr. Ellbee. In 2006, Chimu produced a very handsome true black male, ALR Zorba the Great, sired by Mr. Ellbee. Zorba now lives at Andresen Acres.
Chimu should produce several more crias in coming years. |
